Warranty Policy

By purchasing products from this site you (the Customer) agree with the warranty and shipping terms presented below.
buzz4bass (The Company) warrantees the quality of it's products against any manufacturing defects of materials or workmanship for 90 days from the original purchase date.
This warranty excludes damages caused by: accidents, improper care, negligence, misuse, tempering with the product, water damage, alterations, or repairs to the product not made by the Company.
 
The Customer can submit a warranty claim from this site on the Returns page. Once the claim is received, it shall be processed within 48Hrs.The Company shall issue  Return Goods Authorization (RGA) form and email it to the Customer.
The Customer must print the RGA form and include it  with the return of the product, paying the shipping cost. The Company shall repair or replace the product or issue refund to the Customer. Shipping cost for repaired or replaced product shall be paid by the Company. 
If the Customer cannot be contacted within 60 days after warranty claim submission , the claim shall be considered abandoned and the case shall be closed.
 
Shipping Policy
 

• All orders shall be processed and shipped within 48 hours.

• ​Orders for shipments outside of the United States are not currently accepted.

• Shipping cost is calculated  with current shipping rates from USPS. Rates are based on package weight and dimensions, mail service and shipping address.

• The Customer must be aware that severe weather may cause shipping delays.

• The Company shall not be held accountable for lost packages.
